Caitlin Demiral is a litigator advising clients in Orphan’s Court and juvenile court matters across Pennsylvania. She represents petitioners, agencies, and individuals throughout the guardianship process, including establishment, modification, and compliance matters. She also handles disputes involving trusts, estates, and powers of attorney.
Caitlin also represents individuals in various matters involving children and youth agencies. These matters include dependency proceedings, termination of parental rights hearings, adoption proceedings, and child abuse expungements.
Before joining McNees, Caitlin served as an assistant solicitor at the Dauphin County Children and Youth Services, where she represented the agency in Dependency Court, Orphan’s Court, and appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals. She previously clerked for the Honorable Jeremiah D. Zook, of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted judicial opinions and court orders in matters involving child custody, termination of parental rights, and civil litigation.
