Alisha Cromer is a paralegal who supports the firm’s corporate and public finance attorneys on business and nonprofit matters, including corporate transactions, tax-exempt status, and nonprofit issues. She also assists with a range of public finance transactions, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and tax and revenue anticipation notes.
Before joining McNees, Ali worked as a paralegal intern, where she conducted witness interviews, drafted documents, and prepared key case summaries.
