Alicia, a native of Schuylkill County, joined the firm in December of 2016. She has a reputation as being one of the most dedicated and conscientious young political operatives in Pennsylvania, with detailed and documented experience in political and government affairs.
Early in her career, Alicia went to work on the Mitt Romney Presidential campaign, running the field office in one of Pennsylvania’s largest counties. Following the Romney campaign, she took a position with the Pennsylvania Senate Republican Campaign Committee and was deployed into the field in 2014 to help deliver one of the most contested State Senate races of the cycle. Having spent these early years of her career on political campaigns and developing political affairs strategies, Alicia utilizes her experiences on the campaign trail to provide effective government relations and grassroots advocacy solutions.
Following her time with Senate Republican Campaign Committee, Alicia served as a legislative assistant to State Senator Camera Bartolotta in her Harrisburg Office, assisting with constituent casework, pending legislation and grant applications.
Adding this legislative and state government experience to her already impressive track record in the political arena, Alicia provides clients with a unique approach to strategic development. She provides support on several of firm’s strategic projects and grassroots advocacy projects, delivering legislative tracking and research development initiatives for many of the firm’s top clients. As a registered lobbyist, Alicia advocates and educates stakeholders on issues important to clients, as well as supports clients in their grassroots advocacy missions.
