HARRISBURG, Pa. – (January 15, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Courtney Kenyon to the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Courtney Kenyon is experienced in handling cases involving sales, use, property, realty transfer, franchise and Public Utility Realty Tax Act (PURTA) tax litigation issues.  Courtney has achieved favorable tax refunds and settlements for clients in various industries.

During law school, Courtney clerked at the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office and for a Central Pennsylvania-based general practice firm, where she was exposed to many different areas of the law.

Courtney received her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law, The Pennsylvania State University and her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University.
