McNees has been ranked among the top ten highest-growth law firms in Pennsylvania by Pirical, a legal technology and business-intelligence platform for law firms.
Pirical’s Pennsylvania Legal Market Leaderboard evaluated firms with more than ten partners in Pennsylvania over the April 2025 to April 2026 period. The rankings are based on a weighted score that considers partner headcount growth, lateral partner hires, and partner promotions.
The recognition comes as Pennsylvania’s overall partner headcount grew by 1.1% during the same period. Pirical also noted that labor and employment and tax were among the fastest-growing practice areas in the state, with growth of 3.6% and 2.8%, respectively.
