McNees Attorney to Serve on International Distributors Panel at World Trade Center Harrisburg Conference

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 6, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Joshua Cohen is slated to serve on the panel “Identifying and Managing Distributors” at the World Trade Center Harrisburg’s 20th International Trade Conference in Lancaster, Pa. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

Josh, along with Tony Pu of U.S. Commercial Service Philadelphia, will discuss contractual and legal considerations and best practices for maintaining long-term distributor relationships.  They will also explain how to identify and qualify distributors.
