McNees Attorney to Present on Government Relations at PSAB Municipal Legal Update

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (August 6, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney, Kathy Pape, will present “Government Relations Update—Municipal Impacts” for the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
This presentation will offer a look at the developments inside the State Capitol in relation to 2018-2019 budget impacts, as well as legislation that implements eminent domain, utility regulation and crimes code changes. She will also address the status of laws affecting gaming, alcohol and marijuana sales and taxation.
Kathy practices in the McNees Government Relations, Public Finance, Financial Services and Public Sector Groups. As a prior CEO, she works to find long term solutions for her municipal clients through collaboration with state government and the private sector. She provides counsel to state and municipal governments, as well as businesses, in public finance, government funding, utility regulation, and partnership structures among state and local governments and business.
