McNees Attorney to Present on Cannabis Regulations at PMCA Conference

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (April 2, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Lois Duquette will present “Are Cannabis Regulations Up in Smoke?” at the Professional Manufacturing Confectioners Association’s 73rd Annual Production Conference in Lancaster on Wednesday, April 10.

Lois will break down the portion of the now passed 2018 Farm Bill that legalized hemp and outlined its cultivation, transport and sale in the United States.  She will separate fact from fiction regarding hemp, CBD and recreational marijuana and explain what the bill’s passage really means for snack and candy manufacturers and marketers.
