HARRISBURG, PA. (May 28, 2015) – Kendra D. McGuire, Member at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC in Lancaster, PA, was recently elected House Chair/Vice President of the Hamilton Club of Lancaster. McGuire is the first female ever to hold the positions of House Chair and Vice President and previously served as the Secretary of the Club.
McGuire, a member in the McNees Litigation practice group, works to successfully resolve each client’s legal problems and disputes. She represents clients to include trust companies, financial institutions, companies, shareholders, educational organizations, healthcare institutions and providers, charities and individuals. Focusing on fiduciary litigation, McGuire’s courtroom experience includes numerous jury trials, injunction proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
McGuire has been recognized as The Best Lawyers in America® since 2012 and named a 2015 Super Lawyer. She has served on numerous boards to include, but not limited to, the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, Visiting Nurse Association, United Way of Lancaster County, The Hamilton Club of Lancaster and the Lancaster Bar Association.
McGuire received her J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and works collaboratively with out-of-state lawyers and law firms when they find themselves litigating in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and in Pennsylvania state courts.
