HARRISBURG, Pa. — HR Influenced today announced veteran human resources executive Stephanie Malcolm has joined the consulting firm, building on the company’s continued growth.

Malcolm has more than a decade of experience in HR leadership roles, including her most recent position as Regional Head of Human Resources for KUS, a global technology and manufacturing company. She also led HR functions in the tech, design and retail sectors.

“We are thrilled to have someone of Stephanie’s caliber join our team,” said Kristen Evans, HR Influenced president and CEO. “She has built her entire career helping companies optimize their workforces, with a recognition that it’s employees who truly drive a company’s success.”

Malcolm said she has been intentional about choosing roles that allow her to grow, while also enabling her to deliver results – including her first HR Manager position more than 10 years ago with Calvin Klein, where she led all HR needs for one of the retailer’s largest stores with over 200 employees.

“Everybody says it – and it’s true – that the employees are the company’s most important assets, and they need to feel valued, motivated and engaged,” Malcolm said. “That’s why I’m so excited to join the team. At HR Influenced, I can continue my own career growth while also having a positive impact on many different companies and organizations.”

Malcolm earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree in human resource management from Florida International University. She also is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Evans noted that Malcolm’s background will serve clients well, as she has a deep well of experience across a range of HR disciplines – from talent acquisition and onboarding to training, development and benefits management, to name just a handful.

“Stephanie has been a hands-on HR leader for a wide variety of employers, giving her diverse perspectives and elevating her skills,” Evans said. “If our clients have an HR need or challenge, there’s a good chance Stephanie has seen it and developed a successful strategy to address it.”
