Transactional Real Estate Attorney (Pennsylvania)

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join our growing Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can work from any of our Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience.

McNees’ real estate attorneys offer the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the personalized service you expect from your hometown legal team. We deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients nationally and locally. Currently, our most busy clients operate in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas).

Candidates should have the following:

  • J.D. with licensure in PA
  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
  • Although not required, planned community and condominium experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
