Legal Billing Coordinator (remote)

Position Type: Professional Staff

McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to join our client billing team. Our preference is for the candidate to be located near one of our offices; however, we will consider experienced remote candidates from PA, WV, OH and MD.

Prior legal or professional service organization experience preferred, but we are willing to train a well-qualified applicant with experience outside of these areas.

Sampling of Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate high volume client invoices (both paper and electronic)
  • Assess and implement complex billing processes based on client requirements
  • Ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures
  • Resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, including (but not limited to) payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems
  • Collaborate with other team members and administrative departments
