Energy/Utility Associate Attorney – Columbus, OH

Position Type: Attorneys

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate: (1) a minimum of two years of experience practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio or another state regulatory commission; (2) a working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; and (3) strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills; and (4) excellent research, writing, and communication skills.  The candidate must be licensed to practice in Ohio, now or in the near future.
