We also engage in complex energy transactions involving electricity (including renewable energy projects), natural gas, and other energy and utility matters.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate: (1) a strong interest in practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio or another state regulatory commission; (2) a working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; (3) strong legal analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills; and (4) excellent research, writing, and communication skills. The candidate must be licensed, or willing to obtain a license, to practice in Ohio.
