McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Construction Associate to join our growing Real Estate and Construction group.

McNees’ real estate and construction attorneys offer the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the personalized service you expect from your hometown legal team. They deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients in virtually all areas relating to commercial real estate law.

Candidates should have the following:

• J.D. with licensure in PA
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Experience with drafting and negotiating construction contracts a plus
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven and detail oriented
• Desire for engagement in local business and legal communities
