Based in our Pittsburgh office, Smith’s practice focuses on fiduciary liability, estate planning, administration of estate and trusts, and charitable organizations. She draws on years of experience, including her role as Chief Counsel at PNC Bank, to support fiduciaries, nonprofits, and families with complex estate and trust needs.
