Teresa practices in the Energy & Environmental group, representing and counseling clients in a broad range of matters before public utility commissions. She has considerable experience representing clients in complex utility litigation, including rate cases, merger and acquisition proceedings, default service proceedings, complaints, and matters involving renewable energy, interconnection, electric vehicles, energy storage, microgrids, and energy efficiency in the Mid-Atlantic region. Teresa also has participated in numerous rulemakings, investigations, and other collaborative proceedings involving diverse stakeholders at state commissions. She has extensive experience advising clients regarding litigated, transactional, and contractual matters in the utility industry and creatively navigating the related legal and regulatory impacts.

In addition, Teresa counsels clients regarding their renewable energy, energy efficiency, and corporate sustainability objectives. She provides wide-ranging support to clients regarding virtual power purchase agreements, interconnection, community solar, and legal and regulatory developments in these areas.
