Teresa practices in the Energy & Environmental group, representing and counseling clients in a broad range of matters before public utility commissions.  She has considerable experience representing clients in complex utility litigation and matters related to renewable energy, interconnection, electric vehicles, energy storage, microgrids, and energy efficiency in the Mid-Atlantic region.  She provides extensive legal and regulatory support to clients pursuing renewable energy, energy efficiency, and corporate sustainability objectives.  Her primary clients have included large consumers of electricity and natural gas, utilities, and transmission companies.
