Fritz practices in the Food & Beverage, Corporate & Tax, Estate Planning, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies, and Automotive Dealership Law Groups. Fritz’s practice focuses on general corporate and tax law with an emphasis on representation of non-profit and “pass through” entities, including non-profit and cooperative tax issues. A considerable portion of his practice involves general mergers and acquisition work.
