Paul K. Ritchey II



Paul assists clients of many kinds—individuals, developers, businesses, and institutions—with real estate matters. His areas of focus include:

  • The purchase, sale, and development of commercial and residential real estate
  • The development and management of planned communities and condominiums
  • Counseling landlords and tenants in leasing commercial properties and in resolving disputes with respect to commercial leases
  • Advising landowners of rights and obligations with respect to the use of land arising out of both private legal instruments (including contracts, easements, and covenants) and public laws (including preferential tax statutes and local land use regulations)

While in law school at the University of Virginia, Paul served on the Virginia Law Review as an Executive Editor.

Paul and his family live in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
