Jack Byrnes practices in the McNees Corporate & Tax, Gaming & Sports Wagering, and Food & Beverage Law Practice Groups. Principally, Jack counsels clients on commercial contracting, acquisitions, business structuring, and other general corporate matters. In addition, Jack advises clients entering the gaming industry on matters relating to licensing, registration, and compliance before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Jack also provides insight and facilitation on matters under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, including matters related to licensing and compliance.
Jack graduated from Penn State Law with a concentration in Corporate Law and Practice. In addition, he also served as the Managing Editor of Student Works for the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. Throughout law school, Jack worked part-time as a legal assistant for a multinational IT corporation and was a summer associate at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC.
