Since 1987 Don has been in the firm’s Litigation Group, which he chaired from 1998 to 2004. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of matters involving contracts and torts. He represents individual and corporate fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in resolving disputes regarding the administration and distribution of trusts and estates. Don also counsels clients regarding defamation and privacy matters. He has appeared in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania at the trial and appellate levels, and has represented clients in private arbitrations and mediations.
Don serves on the firm’s Ethics Committee. He has been an active participant in the law firm network ALFA International since 1998. Don taught European and U.S. History at Guilford High School in Connecticut from 1977 to 1984.
