Diane is a former chair of the Construction Law Group who now focuses her practice on serving as a mediator and arbitrator. In addition to her neutral work, she advises a limited number of clients on contract drafting and review, construction phase counseling for large projects, and construction litigation.
Over the course of her career, Diane has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations as a mediator, arbitrator, and advocate, resolving construction disputes through both court-connected and private proceedings. She has handled matters administered by the American Arbitration Association and disputes before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania. Her construction-focused background informs a practical, business-driven approach to dispute resolution that emphasizes preparation and informed risk evaluation.
For more than 40 years, Diane has advised the construction industry, representing owners, contractors, design builders, and construction managers, as well as entities doing business with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its agencies. Her experience spans all aspects of Pennsylvania construction law, including contracting, insurance, and indemnity. She also counseled clients on matters involving the Pennsylvania Procurement Code, the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, the Prevailing Wage Act, and the Public-Private Transportation Partnership Law.
