Alicia, a Pennsylvania certified paralegal, provides assistance to attorneys in the Litigation Department. Alicia has expanded her litigation knowledge with experience in personal injury, financial services, defense litigation, white collar crime, preliminary injunctions, eminent domain and appellate work.

What does Alicia do for Clients?
Alicia maintains contact with clients throughout the case and works to facilitate the litigation process. She works closely with the attorneys in the department, working through the case from start to finish. Alicia focuses on providing the best assistance to the attorneys she works for, so the attorneys can focus on the big picture. Alicia assists by obtaining and analyzing medical records, attending strategy meetings, assisting with trial preparation and discovery, drafting court documents, filing documents in all state and federal court systems, and general management and organization of the case. Alicia also attends many client meetings and telephone calls to ensure they know she is also part of the team that will be working hard on a client’s case.

How does Alicia spend her free time?
On weekends, Alicia can be found on the golf course. She enjoys almost all sporting events and most nights she can be found watching a game, hanging out with her two dogs, and cheering on her favorite football team – Go Bills!
