The newly enacted Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 (PPPFA) provides borrowers with extended forgiveness periods, less stringent forgiveness requirements, and longer repayment terms. While the new Act solves many problems created by the PPP, it also creates a growing list of questions.

Tim regularly speaks to fellow lawyers and certified public accountants on a variety of legal and tax issues including choice of entity, preparing Limited Liability Company operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership taxation, ethics, and tax issues associated with oil and gas leases.

Nicole Stezar Kaylor is Co-Chair of the Corporate & Tax Group where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. From family businesses to publicly traded companies, Nicole has assisted a broad range of companies to successfully achieve their business objectives in a personal, responsive, and efficient manner. Nicole counsels businesses and non-profits throughout the healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, service, and financial services industries in structuring, negotiating, and implementing a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions and related regulatory and securities issues.
