McNees Attorney to Present on Business Succession at ABC Keystone Event

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (Monday, January 7, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Andrew Rusniak will offer insight at the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. 3-part series entitled “How to Exit Your Business… With Money in Your Pocket and Peace-of Mind.” The seminar series will be presented on January 15, 2019, January 22, 2019, and February 5, 2019, at ABC’s Keystone Center for Construction Careers in Manheim, Pennsylvania.

Andrew, along with other business succession professionals, will share years of experience and best practices on how to design a transition strategy.  Attendees will learn the steps in the transition planning process, the different types of transactions, how to coordinate estate planning with a transition, how to get the most money for a business, and how to limit the tax consequences of a sale.
