Pina practices in the Real Estate Group and is also a member of the Food & Beverage Group.

As a member of the Real Estate Group, Pina represents commercial, developer, industrial and non-profit clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of real estate. She has substantial experience assisting clients with a wide array of leasing matters, including the leasing of retail shopping centers, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants and office, business, warehouse and industrial centers. In addition, Pina represents clients in all aspects of real estate acquisition and sale transactions, from the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, to review and analysis of due diligence materials, drafting of transaction documents, and ultimately closing. Pina also represents real estate investors and lenders, providing support and analysis with respect to real estate issues that may impact the collateral.

As part of the Food and Beverage Group, Pina represents clients seeking to acquire, develop and lease space for grocery store, convenience store, restaurant and liquor license establishments. Pina also represents food growers and producers, assisting with them with the acquisition and development of real estate related to their operations.

Pina is a regular instructor with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute presenting on issues relating to retail leasing and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
