Profile

As a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Corporate & Tax practice groups, Andrew represents individuals, families, business owners, executives, and professionals in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning, and charitable planning. Andrew’s practice involves advising closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals with regard to estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as the preparation of estate plan documents for young couples with minor children. Additionally, Andrew routinely counsels both individual and institutional fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration.

Andrew also has extensive experience in the formation and operation of non-profit entities, including private foundations, public charities, private social clubs, supporting organizations, and other tax-exempt organizations.

Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where he teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates. He is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning, tax, and non-profit organization topics, and he is a member of the Georgetown Law Tax LL.M. Alumni Admissions Interview Program.
