Labor and employment attorney Ursula Siverling presented “What You Need to Know About the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and ADA” at a Dauphin County Bar Association Virtual CLE on June 23, 2026.
The presentation focused on employer obligations and employee protections under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, highlighting how these two laws intersect to require reasonable accommodations for pregnant workers and individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
As part of her practice, Ursula provides regular counseling for employers on a variety of employment-related issues, including workplace discrimination and harassment, family and medical leave, workplace accommodations, employee relations issues, employment agreements, wage and hour issues, policy drafting, and best practices for litigation avoidance. She also conducts training for clients and workplace investigations.
