Workers’ Compensation & Employment Litigation Paralegal (Lancaster, PA)

The successful candidate will support the Labor and Employment group, including the workers compensation practice, and will be resident in our Lancaster office.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as workers’ compensation paralegal.  Candidates must be have degree or be certified.

Sampling of Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating necessary filings via WCAIS, PACER and other online filing systems
  • Requesting and analyzing medical records
  • Assisting with discovery requests and production
  • Assisting with hearing and trial prep
  • Monitoring and managing dockets and case calendars
  • Preparing pleadings and ensuring compliance with local rules and judge’s preferences
  • Corresponding with clients, attorneys, TPAs/adjustors, medical offices and nurse case managers
