October 29, 2015
Lancaster, PA (Oct. 29, 2015) – On Nov. 5, McNees attorney Sarah Ivy will present “Employer Reporting Requirements Under the ACA” for the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials.
The Webcast will take place on Thursday, November 5th, from 1:00 – 2:30 PM.
This Webcast is intended to present an in-depth analysis of the new reporting requirements under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which become effective for 2015 with reports filed with the IRS in 2016. Rather than a general summary of the new requirements, this Webcast will focus on specific reporting issues faced by school districts in gathering the appropriate data and completing the relevant forms under the Act’s reporting requirements. Learn about:
- Which forms must be filed by school districts sponsoring self-insured plans and fully-insured plans?
- Which employees are reported on which forms?
- How do the required codes and special rules differ based on the type of coverage offered?
- How are the transition rules for 2015 reflected in the different forms?
- Specific examples through a review of several different Form 1095-Cs
