Alexandra Snell Ahlbrandt

Profile

Alex concentrates her practice in the areas of healthcare and corporate law. Her health care practice includes working with health care providers through various transactions such as merger and acquisitions, affiliations, and reorganizations as well as counseling clients on a variety of regulatory matters such as HIPAA compliance, fraud & abuse, and medical staff issues. Her corporate practice includes advising clients through mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, entity formation and other general corporate matters.

Alex received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Temple University. While in law school, Alex actively participated on the Student Bar Association, serving as both Vice President and President. Alex also served as an Associate Editor on the Drexel Law Review and worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a legal intern. She spent her summers interning for CGA Law Firm in York, PA and for McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC.
