McNees Attorneys Schaun D. Henry and Lee Tankle to Present “Personnel and Medical File Management including Recordkeeping Requirements”

Harrisburg, PA (July 29, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Schaun D. Henry and Lee Tanklewill present “Personnel and Medical File Management including Recordkeeping Requirements” at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s HR Roundtable from 8:35  to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept, 17.

The program will take place at the Radisson Harrisburg Hotel, Camp Hill, PA 17011. This program is designed to provide HR professionals an update on emerging and complex human resources issues and their related best practices for cost containment measures. Attendees who take part in the program will receive 3.25 HRCi credits, 3 CLE credit hours and 3 CPE credit hours.

Henry, a Member in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics practice groups, provides representation and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He also counsels and defends employers with respect to immigration related employment issues. Before undertaking the practice of law, Henry served in the United States Army Special Forces and is now a retired Major. He serves on the Board of Directors for ALFA International and is a member of the organization’s Labor & Employment Steering Committee.

Henry received his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law and his undergraduate degree from West Chester University.  He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and state of New Jersey and before the Federal District Courts in the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association.

Tankle, an Associate in the McNees Labor & EmploymentInjunction and Oil and Gas practice groups, represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of employment law. Tankle regularly works with employers in developing affirmative action plans to comply with the laws and regulations enforced by the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and in developing comprehensive employee handbooks and advises on a number of other personnel issues.

Upon graduation from law school, Lee was awarded both the William B. Spong Professionalism Prize and the George Wythe Award for outstanding service to the law school community.

Tankle received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
