HARRISBURG, PA (Sept. 4, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Donald B. Kaufman, Program Chair and  Kandice Kerwin Hull will be participating in a panel discussion titled “Prepare to Be Hacked – A Practical Simulation for Corporate Counsel” at the ALFA International 2015 Business Litigation Practice Group Seminar, in Chicago, Illinois, Sept. 10-11, 2015.

The event will take place on September 10 and 11, at The Langham, Chicago, 330 North Wabash, Chicago, Illinois 60611.  This program is designed to help prepare corporate counsel in dealing with a data breach. It is centered on a hypothetical scenario: a fictional company sustains and must react and respond to a data breach compromising the company’s employee information, payroll records, customer records, vendors’ records, and intellectual property.  Attendees who take part in the program will receive 5.75 general CLE credit hours in the States of Illinois and California.
