HARRISBURG, PA. (June 22, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Shaun R. Eisenhauer has received a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from Villanova University School of Law.
Recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America® for Corporate Law since 2005, Eisenhauer in 2013 was named Corporate Law Lawyer of the Year® in Central Pennsylvania.
Working out of the firm’s Harrisburg office, Eisenhauer is a member in the Corporate & Tax, Financial Services, Public-Private Partnerships, and Real Estate practice groups and is Chair of the Firm’s Securities Group.
He serves as outside general counsel to manufacturing, real estate, agricultural, and services companies, providing advice on a wide range of matters including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing (including public and private offerings), business planning, corporate and partnership structure, succession planning, contracting, commercial leasing, and general business counseling.
Eisenhauer received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law; his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
