McNees Attorney Michael Kelley To Present “What is Cyber Risk Insurance & Should Your Municipality Have It?

Harrisburg, PA (July 15, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Michael R. Kelley will present “What Is Cyber Risk Insurance & Should Your Municipality Have It?” at the Pennsylvania State Association of Borough’s 2015 Annual PA Municipal Legal Update from 9:35-10:35 am on Wednesday, August 26.

The event will take place at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey, 4650 Lindle Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111. This program will provide municipal officials and solicitors with guidance to navigate the winding roads of Pennsylvania municipal law. Attendees who take part in the program will receive 10.00 general and 1 Ethics CLE credit hours.

Kelley is Chair of McNees’ Insurance Group and practices in the Food Industry and Commercial Litigation Groups. He has been recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America®, Insurance Law” since 2006.

Kelley concentrates his insurance litigation practice on cases involving insurance coverage and insurance “bad faith” claims. He handles disputes involving the applicability of commercial general liability policies, data breach and cyber liability, directors and officers liability, professional malpractice coverage, homeowners’ coverage, automobile coverage, worker’s compensation, property and casualty, excess and umbrella, fiduciary responsibility, employment practices, and life, health and disability coverage.

Kelley received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and his undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University.  He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the American Law Firm Association (ALFA) and the American Bar Association.
