Rhonda is a member of the Real Estate and Construction, and Food & Beverage Law Groups at McNees.  Rhonda has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of a wide-range of commercial real estate projects.  In particular, she has significant experience negotiating leases for retail shopping centers and lifestyle centers, convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, warehouse facilities, and office, business, and industrial centers on behalf of both landlords and tenants.  Rhonda’s experience as a real estate attorney in Harrisburg, PA also extends to the development, creation, and leasing of commercial condominiums and mixed-use projects.

In addition, Rhonda regularly assists developers and residential builders with both routine and sophisticated residential planned communities and condominiums, including age restricted communities, traditional neighborhood developments, and master association developments. As a business real estate attorney, Rhonda is well-versed in the laws applicable to planned communities and condominiums, as well as the practical concerns and hurdles facing developers and residential builders in today’s real estate market.
