As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trusts and Estates practices, Kendra’s practice is devoted to the representation of fiduciaries in fiduciary matters involving estates, trusts and guardianships with the primary focus on the representation of corporate fiduciaries and banks in complex trust and estates matters. Kendra provides advice and assists her clients in the management of fiduciary risk, document interpretation, and the application of legal standards, statutes and various regulations in the fiduciary setting as well as litigation of fiduciary matters in Orphans’ Courts throughout the Commonwealth.

Kendra’s practice focuses on the representation of corporate fiduciaries in complex trust and estate matters. She brings over 30 years of experience and an in depth knowledge of the law as it pertains to fiduciary issues in including trust modification and termination, litigation related to the reasonableness of various fees, property related issues and resolution of contested matters.
How does Kendra spend her free time?
Kendra loves to travel and to spend time with family and friends. She is an avid gardener, dog lover and an erstwhile interior designer. She loves to cook and also bakes an amazing loaf of bread!
