Elizabeth practices in the Estate Planning and the Automotive Dealership groups. Her practice is focused on estate and tax planning for families and individuals and succession planning for closely-held businesses.

What does Elizabeth do for Clients?
Over twenty years of experience inform her advice to clients on matters ranging from simple wills to complex estate and gift tax issues. She assists clients in the transition of family wealth and business interests from one generation to the next, advising on tax minimization, trust structures and asset protection. With particular experience in the automotive dealership sector, she counsels dealers on family ownership, gifting and other succession issues. She also represents clients with respect to charitable planning matters, including formation of private foundations and creation of donor-advised funds and charitable trusts.

In the area of estate administration, Elizabeth guides families through the process of settling an estate. She has substantial experience in various post-mortem tax issues involving distribution choices, tax elections and fiduciary income tax planning.

Elizabeth frequently collaborates with members of the firm’s Litigation groups on probate disputes and fiduciary litigation.

How does Elizabeth spend her free time?
Elizabeth spends her time away from the office enjoying travel and music. She has extensive experience serving the Harrisburg community with non-profit organizations supporting the arts and education.
